Non-Human creatures you control get +2/+2 for
each experience counter on them.
Whenever a Human you or an opponent controls
dies, put an experience counter on Glamli,
Civilization's Nemesis, then you may move any
number of experience counters from Glamli onto
another creature you control. When you do, draw
cards equal to the number of counters removed
from Glamli.
