Glancer

When Glancer enters the battlefield exile target creature card with an activatable ability from any
graveyard. While the creature is exiled this
way Glancer gains the activatable abilities of
the creature and if their is a mana cost you may
use any color mana for it. Glance gains +1/+1
for each mana the activatable ability costs.
