At the beginning of your upkeep, target opponent reveals cards from their library until they reveal a nonland card with CMC less than Glasya's power.
Put the other cards revealed this way on the
bottom of its owners' library, then you may cast
that card without paying its mana cost.
Whenever you cast a spell or put a permanent
card onto the battlefield from an opponent's exile, graveyard, library, or hand, put a +1/+1 counter
on Glasya.
