play a card exiled this way by paying the cards
mana value plus an additional {2}. they may spend
mana as though it was mana of any color to cast
that spell.
When Glaucus, Savior of Sailors dies, It
deals damage to each opponent equal to the
amount of cards currently exiled by this
creature.
