Global Rune - Precision

Chose one Global Rune before the game start.
Once per game, before draw your initial hand,
seach your library for a nonbasic land card,
reveal it, then shuffle your library and put that
card on the top of it.
If you don't use mulligan, skip your next draw
phase.
