Gloom

At the beginnning of each upkeep, place a -1/-1
counter on another target non green creature
and a charge counter on Gloom.
Remove three charge counters from Gloom and
sacrifice it: Search your hand and/or library for a
Vileplume and place it on the battlefield. Shuffle
your library afterwards.
