At the end of the deployment phase count how many units have been deployed. Including both players armies and units deployed into reserves, but not any faction terrain pieces.
At the end of the game, count the number of units again. Including both players armies but not any faction terrain pieces or any 'replacement' units.
Complete this objective if the number of units counted at the start of the game is at least four times the number of units counted at the end
of the game.
