Glorious Triumph

Whenever a creature an opponent controls dies
from combat damage, distribute a number of
+1/+1 counters among creatures you control
equal to the destroyed creatures mana value.
If a creature you control leaves the battlefield, if
it has counters on it, you may move those
counters to Glorious Triumph. At the beginning
of combat on your turn, you may move any
number of counter on target permanent you
control, to target creature you control.
