Glory to the Omnissiah

Each time you randomly determine which
Canticle of the Omnissiah (pg 73) is being
canted, roll two dice instead of one. All
units with this dogma receive the benefit
of both results, instead of just the result
of the first dice (if a duplicate is rolled, no
additional Canticle is canted this turn).
