Gloves of the Roofhoppers

With the destruction of the Roofhoppers Thieves Guild in Waterdeep, their magical gloves made their way to other organisations.
A wearer is granted proficiency in Thieves Tools.
If the wearer already has proficiency, they are granted Expertise instead (double proficiency).
