Gloves of the snake

These gloves will constrict the users hands before combat, giving them advantage on initiative checks. Unarmed strike can add 1 D4 poison damage along with a DC 12 constitution save for poison on hit.
Fast as a snake, but they have a tendency to move around outside of combat too.
