are each equal to the number of +1/+1 counters among creatures you control.
Whenever a Saproling creature enters the battlefield, you may put a +1/+1 counter on it.
Whenever a nontoken creature dies, gain life equal to the amount of +1/+1 counters on it and create a 1/1 green Saproling creature token.
