At the beginning of your end step, choose a player. They create a 1/1 blue Bird creature token with flying and "This creature cant block". Choose a second player to draw a card. Then choose a third player to exile up to one target creature they control, then return it to the battlefield, except that creature is now a Bird in addition to its other types.
