GM08 & TB3, Human After All and other artifact creatures you control are Humans in addition to their other types.
Whenever another Human creature enters the battlefield under your control, you may exile the top card of your library. If you do, you may play that card until end of turn. If you don't, put a +1/+1 counter on target Human creature you control.
