Gnome Scavenging

When an opponent taps a non-token artifact
for mana, create a token that's a copy of that
artifact, only it has "sacrifice this permanent
at the beginning of your next end step."

Taking what doesn't belong to you isn't nice.
Borrowing, figuring out how it works,
replicating it, then returning it. That's the
gnome way.
