Whenever you cast your first instant sorcery
spell each turn you may pay {1}{u/b} and
sacrifice another nonlegendary creature.
Until end of turn you may have up to X target
nonland permanents become a copy of the
sacrificed creature where X is equal to the
spells mana cost.
The copies are 2/2 green Frogs and have:
"Pay 2 life: This permanent isn't a copy
anymore. This ability can be activated
by your opponents."
