Go Back Three Spaces

Each opponent either discards up to three
cards, and/or returns up to three non-land
permanents they control to their hands.
(The opponents may discard two and return one
non-land for example.)

If this is your first spell of the game, instead
each player discards three cards then draws
three cards.
