Whenever a land enters the battlefield tapped,
Goblin Cartographer deals 1 damage to that
land's controller.
When Goblin Cartographer deals damage to
an opponent, you and that player reveal the top
card of your libraries. Put any lands revealed this
way into play tapped under their owner's control,
and the rest on the bottom of library.
