Goblin Chef

When Goblin Chef enters the battlefield, target opponent creates two Food tokens.
{t}: Target opponent creates a Food token.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep they
lose 2 life for each Food token they control. If a
player would gain life from sacrificing a Food
token, that player loses that much life instead.
No one had ever criticized his culinary talent
after trying any of his dishes. No one had ever
lived long enough to compliment it either.
