Goblin Dentist

At the beginning of your upkeep, roll a die.
Based on the results of the dice roll, choose a
mode.
*1-3: Choose a creature. Flip a coin, if the result
is heads that creature gets a +1/+1 counter. If the
result if tails it gets a -1/-1 counter
*4-6: Flip a coin. If the result is heads, draw two
cards. If the result is tails, discard two cards.
