When Goblin sacrifice enters the battle field put
three time counters on it at the beginning of your upkeep remove a time counter from Goblin sacrifice, if Goblin sacrifice has zero time counters
on it sacrifice it and deal 1 damage to you, when
Goblin sacrifice is blocked it deals three damage
split between one, two, or three targets and
sacrifice it.
