If a Goblin was put onto the battlefield this turn,
you may cast Goblin Slayer as though it has flash.
When Goblin Slayer enters the battlefield,
destroy target Goblin. If no goblins could be destroyed this turn, place Goblin Slayer onto
the top of your library.
