Goblin Slayer

If there are no goblin creatures on the battlefield,
exile Goblin Slayer.
Whenever a goblin dies, draw a card, then
discard a card.
Whenever a goblin attacks, double its attack. If
a goblin deals damage, sacrifice it.
Sacrifice a goblin: Goblin Slayer gains a shield counter, use this ability only once a turn.
