Goblin Squatters

When Goblin Squatters enters the
battlefield, choose target land. For as long
as Goblin Squatters remains on the battlefield, that land loses all abilities that
aren't mana abilities and if it is tapped for mana, it produces {c} instead of any other
type and amount. Goblin Squatters gets
+1/+0 for each activated ability and triggered ability lost this way.
