reveal it, if you do put a fuse counter on it.
At the beginning of your upkeep if there is a fuse counter on Goblin Time Bomb put another fuse counter on it. then if it has four or more fuse
counter discard it and Goblin Time Bomb deals
10 damage to each opponent.
