Goblin Weed

Player use an action to take a hit of this item.
If this is done, they experience slight psychedelic effect and euphoria.
They must roll a d100. On a 10 or lower, they are
poly-morphed into a weed goblin for 30 minutes.
This effect can be dispelled with magic and is dispelled after taking damage.
While in goblin form, the player gains the stats
of a goblin but retains their
memory and knowledge.
