When Godcat enters the battlefield, all players receive an artifact token named "Diffuse" with "{t}: sacrifice this artifact. Counter target spell named Exploding Kitten."

At the beginning of each player's end step, reveal the top card of your deck. If it's a nonland card, that player casts it if able without paying it's mana cost as though it had flash. If it's a land or not able to be cast, send it to the bottom of your library.
