Goddess of Sun and Moon

When Goddess of Sun and Moon enters the battlefield choose Sun or Moon for each player.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, if Sun
was chosen for them, that player draws a card,
and then discards a card at random.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, if
Moon was chosen for them, that player mils 1
then shuffles a chosen card from their graveyard
into their library.
