At the beginning of each opponents end step, that player exiles a non-token creature that didn't attack/enter the battlefield this turn with an ascension counter on it. If they don't, become the monarch then, if there are twelve or more creatures with ascension counters in exile, destroy all permanents.
{w}: All other creatures loose indestructible this turn. Destroy target attacking or blocking creature. Activate once each combat, and only if you are the monarch
