Godrick the Grafted

Whenever Godrick enters the battlefield or
attacks, you may exile target creature card from
a graveyard with a Graft counter on it. If you do,
put X +1/+1 counters on Godrick where X is the exiled creatures power.
Godrick has all activated and static abilities of
each creature in exile with a Graft counter on it.
