Godrick the Grafted

Godrick the Grafted enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters on it.

Whenever a creature an opponent controls dies, if its power was less then Godrick's, exile it with a graft counter on it, then put a +1/+1 counter on Godrick.

Godrick the Grafted has all abilities of all creatures with graft counters on them.
