Going to Heaven

When ever a creature dies put it on Going to
Heaven with Suspend 3
At the beginning of each players upkeep remove a
counter from creatures they own from Going to
Heaven and they get 1 Life to them for each
counter removed
When there are no counters left upon the creature
bring it back to owners hand
