Gold Candle

As an action you may light or extinguish the
candle.
Heals the person that ignited the candle for 1d4
points of damage at the beginning of each of
their turns. This small candle burns for 5
minutes and can be extinguished by anyone.
It is made of Citronella, Blessed Wine, and
Beeswax.
