When you draw a coin card, roll a D20, if
you roll a 20, gain +1 Luck.

"There was once a time when Rob had the only
Gold frame. There was also no Emerald frame at the
time, so Rob was the highest ranked cousin. All of a
sudden Rob was mysteriously demoted to Coal,
nobody has seen the original Gold frame ever since."
