Gold Sarcophagus

At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a
time counter from a card exiled by Gold Sarcophagus, then if that card has no time counters on it, add it to your hand.
{1}{b}{b}, {t}: Search your library for a card,
exile it with two time counters on it, then
shuffle. Do this only during your turn.
