Golden Circle

When Golden Circle is played, place it anywhere.
Creatures entering the battlefield may join the
circle instead. Their owners may draw 3 cards and
add +1/+1 to the creatures already in the circle.
When the circle is complete (8), all players place
one creature from the circle onto the battlefield
under their control. The one with most creatures
in the circle goes first (tie: owner of the circle).
All other creatures go to their owner's graveyards.
