Cumulative upkeep {u} (At the beginning of your
upkeep, put an age counter on this permanent, then
sacrifice it unless you pay its upkeep cost for each age
counter on it.)
Whenever an opponent casts a noncreature spell,
they roll a six-sided die. You may draw a card
unless that player pays {x}, where X is the result.
