Gonig to Hell

When ever a creature die put it upon Going to
Hell with 3 suspend counters
At the beginning of each players upkeep remove a
counter from creatures they own from Going to
Hell and they get 1 damage to them for each
counter removed
When there are no counters left upon the creature
bring it back to owners hand
