When Good Luck Bear Blocks, Roll a D-20.
1-4 Give Good Luck Bear a +1+1 luck counter.
5-8 Say out loud, "Good luck guys!"
9-10 Roll again adding another D-20 and choose.
11-14 Add 2 life.
15-17 Give opponent a +1/+1 luck counter.
18-19 Search library for a land, put on battlefield.
20! Search library for a CB, put on batllefield.
(luck counters are really just counters)
