Goofy

Goofy assigns his combat damage randomly (Random combat damage can be assigned to any creature, player, or planeswalker).
At the end of each turn, flip a coin. If you win the flip, destroy target noncreature permanent. If you lose the flip, sacrifice a noncreature permanent.
