If Gore Screaming Show blocking a creature causes it to be removed from the battlefield, exile it instead. Gain life equal to that creature's mana value, and discard cards equal to its combined power and toughness.

Whenever you cast a spell for it's madness cost, draw cards equal to its mana value, then lose life equal to the amount of cards that were drawn from this ability this turn.
