When Goremaw, Mind Shredder deals
combat damage to an opponent, that
player discards a card at random from
their hand. That player loses life equal to
the mana value of the discarded card if it's
a creature spell. That player mills cards
equal to the mana value of the discarded
card if it's a non-creature spell.
