Gradian, the Sacrosanct

Defender, shroud
If a source an opponent controls would deal
damage to Gradian, the Sacrosanct, prevent
that damage. That source's controller gets that
many omen counters.
At the beginning of each player's end step, if that player has ten or more omen counters, that
player loses the game.
