Grading time suckrs!

at the beginning of anyone's upkeep give target opponent a science question.
if they answer correctly they get to draw an additional two cards and you may goad two of their creatures
if they answer incorrectly they must discard two cards and you give them an F emblem with
"this player's max hand size is 2"
