Grand Grounding
•Grounding Exercise: Sit with your feet firmly on
the ground. Close your eyes and focus on the
connection between your feet and the earth for
1 minute. Imagine roots growing from your feet
into the ground. •Gain resistance to curses for
5 minutes.• Roll Wisdom. If roll is 14-16 you teach grounding to
one other person. 17+ teaches exercise
to entire group. {bull}Those taught also have resistance
to curses for 5 minutes.
Works once every long rest.
