Grand Maester Pycelle

Whenever a player cast a spell you may draw a card,
then discard a card. Whenever you discard a card
with Grand Maester Pycelle exile it. All cards exiled
with Grand Maester Pycelle can be played by any
player at any time they could cast a sorcery spell.
Mana of any color may be spent to cast these spells.
Do this only once each turn.
