Grappling Gun

The wielder must make a ranged attack roll
(Dexterity) to hit a target number of 15 on
a surface to grapple to.
Upon success, the wielder can move themselves
up to 40 feet in the direction of the target.
If the wielder makes a successful attack roll
against an enemy with the Grappling Gun,
and if that enemy is no larger than the user,
that enemy takes 2d6 damage and
can be pulled towards the user up to 40 feet.
