Grar the Deep

Whenever Grar the Deep enters the battlefield,
tap target creature an opponent controls, it
doesn't untap until Grar the Deep leaves the
battlefield. If you control Captain of the dreading
tides tap all creatures an opponent controls,
they don't untap until Grar the Deep leaves
the battlefield
The tide will wash you away at some point.
