Grave Escrow

Shelve (Each card in exile you own that you shuffle into your library as you cast this pays for {1}).
Choose exile or battlefield. Each player puts all but X cards they own and control in the chosen zone into their graveyard. Then, each player takes the cards in the chosen zone and moves them to the other. Then, move all but X cards that entered the graveyard this way to the chosen zone.
