Grave Shift

When a creature dies, put 1 counter on Grave Shift.
When this card is tapped, if it has 5 counters on it, you may choose one:
•Add one mana of any creature currently in your graveyard.
•Damage target creature equal to health of target creature in your graveyard.
•Turn target creature into a 2/3 Zombie creature token.
Even the dead can cause problems.
